The Applicant Experience

Applicants will receive an income verification request from Covered containing the community name and logo

After clicking the “Start Verification” link in the email, the applicant will be prompted to provide basic identity information

Applicant will then tell us about their income (How many income sources they have, and what type of income it is)

Applicant will then be prompted to provide proof of income by logging into either their payroll account or bank account, or by providing pay stubs

Once the applicant has provided their preferred proof of income, they are done, easy as that
